What's free vs Pro?
Free: track up to 5 subscriptions with full dashboard and renewal reminders. Pro ($5/month or $29/year): unlimited subscriptions, CSV import and export, and priority support.
Do you connect to my bank?
No. SubTrackr is manual-entry by design. You add your subscriptions, you control your data. No bank connections, no scraping, no third-party data access.
How do renewal reminders work?
Set how many days before each renewal you want to be notified (1, 3, or 7 days). We'll email you a reminder so you can cancel or budget for the charge.
Can I track annual subscriptions too?
Yes. SubTrackr handles monthly, annual, quarterly, and weekly billing cycles. Everything gets normalised to monthly and annual totals so you can see the real picture.
What currencies do you support?
You can enter subscriptions in any currency. The dashboard displays totals in whatever currency you use most. Multi-currency normalisation is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your settings page. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Your subscription data stays — you just drop back to the 5-subscription free tier.
